Today we are breaking the negativity of the brain! The brain naturally seeks the negative and keeps you ruminating on negative thoughts and feelings, so much so that your body actually becomes addicted to the chemicals released when you are having negative thoughts and feelings. Things like mum-guilt, the stress of juggling all of the hats and the mental load of motherhood are key drivers in keeping you stuck in the same cycles. But it is time to change the story and allow yourself to say goodbye to the guilt and the constant negative thoughts!
